‘Rolly’ Howard – Risk Adviser
‘Rolly’ is a specialist Personal Insurance Adviser with over 23 years experience in the industry. Rolly’s decision to focus solely on Personal Insurance means his client network benefit from receiving professional advice that is founded on many years of specific experience.
Rolly has built a very strong reputation amongst his client base as a result of his straightforward and uncomplicated work methodology. As an expert in his field, Rolly has the ability to simplify the Insurance concept and manage the application and implementation process with ease.
The vast majority of Rolly’s clients are as a direct result of referrals from his existing client base, which directly reflects the confidence his clients place in him and the advice and service he provides.
Prior to establishing himself as a Personal Insurance Adviser, Rolly was employed at Xavier College (1980 – 1991) as the Senior Boarding House Manager. He also taught Accounting and Religious Education across Years 9 – 12. Rolly served on the School Finance Committee from 1992 – 2012.
Rolly remains well connected and respected within the Xavier Community and shares a vibrant passion for the Old Xaverians Football Club.
Dayse Gomes – Client Services Manager
Dayse has over 10 years experience in the Financial Planning industry and has been working with the business for more than 5 years. She has extensive knowledge of Life Insurance, which she has acquired through specific training (Diploma of Financial Planning) but most importantly through her experience in the industry.
Dayse’s main role is to assist clients with queries about their insurances and assist Rolly with the preparation and implementation of advice. Dayse is also responsible for the overall administration of our office.
Rebecca Howard – Client Services Assistant
Rebecca works Part Time within the business. Her role is to support Rolly and Dayse with Client Management, Administration and Compliance related tasks. She is currently undertaking study for her Diploma in Financial Planning. Rebecca plans to become more involved in the business as her young family grow up and head to school.
